MICA Publishes New Edition of PrivateMI Fact Book
Washington, D. C. August 28, 2006—Mortgage Insurance Companies of America (MICA) today released the latest version of its annual fact book.
MICA's 2006-2007 Fact Book and Membership Directory provides a comprehensive overview of the PrivateMI industry, including key statistics and industry contacts.
The 44-page publication explains what PrivateMI is and how it works to expand homeownership opportunities, enabling borrowers to purchase a home sooner and with less money down. It also outlines the industry's history, financial performance and outlook for growth.
The cover of the latest MICA Fact Book features the organization's theme, "PrivateMI—today's smart choice", referring to the advantages of a privately insured low down payment mortgage compared with other housing finance options.
